 As a Senior Advisor, I help organizational leaders and accomplished individuals navigate some of their most significant periods of business and personal growth and change.

I founded NuView in 1999, and it has evolved into my way of helping people see themselves more clearly, become leaders capable of creating what they want to make happen, build organizations where people can continually grow, and live more fully as themselves now.

To me, organizations are extraordinary developmental arenas where people are constantly being challenged by responsibility, accountability, relationships, power, conflict, productivity, uncertainty, meaning, identity, and themselves.

I focus on people's real-world experiences and the challenges they're facing right now. We go beyond simply solving their immediate issues to understand what their experiences are revealing, what is being asked of them, and who they are being called to become next so they can make decisions and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Ultimately, my bottom line is to help people be more fully themselves so they can feel and be more fully alive. That's been my path through life, and helping others find and follow their own has been my passion and life's work.
